Product Availability and Pricing
We welcome national and international jewelers. Our pricing will be supplied after registration on our site or by calling. We carry a large inventory of Moissanite in all cuts and carat weights.
No sales tax is charged.
Online Orders
Upon placement of online orders, you will receive an email confirmation. You will be invoiced accordingly to your account specifications and receive an acknowledgement of your order.
Shipping
Most items are shipped same day, separate charges for shipping will apply. We offer 2-day and overnight delivery.
Everything is sent in secure packaging via USPS or FedEx with tracking provided.
FedEx is our primary source of shipping, but we also use USPS.
Shipments to businesses automatically require signature.
For drop shipments to residences a signature requirement will be added at customer expense, unless required signature is waived in writing by customer.
Shipments are sent uninsured at customers own risk. If insurance is requested , it will be at customers own expense.
International shipping is also available.
Drop Ship Services
For your convenience, we will gladly drop ship your order anywhere in the world.
Returns
If in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the original, unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase.
All returns should include original documentation. Refunds are made for product purchase price only, excluding shipping.
You may use the return shipping methods of your choice, your own expense. We encourage using a shipping method that offers tracking as you are responsible for loss or damage.
Chipped or Damaged Stone Replacement
Damaged stones will be replaced with the same grade and size stone for a small recutting fee or you may use it for credit towards an upgrade.
Warranty Cards
Each stone is provided with a Charles and Colvard Warranty Card.
